Body Cleanses

Think about your own Mind, Body and Spirit for a moment...and rank them in order of importance and strength.

If you are naturally a 'body' person then you probably exercise regularly and look after your body with the right foods, water and movement. You identify with your body and some of the following cleanses may really appeal to you

If you've found that your Body ranks last after spirituality and the quickness of your Mind...then you probably really need these cleanses and need to spend some time on your Body. It doesn't mean that you are unhealthy, no! It is just an indication that you may not be in balance.

Pay your body some extra attention and you'll notice your Mind and Spirit functioning better than ever!


Bowel Cleanses

There are many bowel cleanses on the market right now, but I have found that the simplest and most effective way to get the mucoid plaque out is to use liquid bentonite clay and whole husk psyllium. Bentonite & Psyllium drinks' (B&P's) are oh-so easy to take and are very inexpensive - and, boy, do they work! My boyfriend eliminated a 1974 penny that he swallowed as a child!

All you do is mix 1 tablespoon of 100% whole husk Psyllium with 1 tablespoon of liquid Bentonite clay in a glass and add a bit water. Make a paste. Then add more cold water (warm water turns it into a gelatinous mass quickly!)....stir quickly and drink back. Follow with a large glass of water.

Start with one b&p a day, right before you go to bed. Then after a few days add a 2nd b&p first thing in the morning. If you're having at least one good bowel movement a day, then you can add a 3rd b&p mid-afternoon.

The most important thing is to drink at least half your body weight in ounces per day! (ex: 150 lbs = 75 ounces of water per day) Most people should drink at least 2 quarts/litres of warm water daily, while taking the b&p's - and this doesn't include the water included in the b&p and the water chaser! If you don't you'll find that you will get constipated.

Another important point is to always take the b&p's on an empty stomach. At least an hour away from food and/or medication on all sides. The emptier your stomach is, the better.

What to expect?? Some people start to pass mucoid plaque right away. (or pennies!) Other people don't start passing it for weeks or even months. Of course it helps to eat non-mucoid producing foods while on this bowel cleanse. (Ideally, fresh fruits and vegetables and nuts. Meats & dairy products are mucoid-forming) Once you start passing mucoid plaque you will know! The oldest mucoid plaque is green/grey/black and as hard as tire rubber! I went from passing foot long 'ropes' to passing teeny tiny frond-like pieces of ancient matter at the end of my 50 day bowel cleanse.

Most people wonder if they will have to run to the toilet a lot during a bowel cleanse. Since b&p's contain no herbal laxatives (cascara sagrada or senna) you don't have to worry about that. Psyllium is not a laxative...and if you don't drink a lot of warm water, it will make you constipated. If you experience constipation just cut back on the amount of b&p's you're taking, drink more water and drink some prune juice. Some people put 1 tbsp of olive oil into one of their b&p's a day, to help with constipation, too. Rest - take a leisurely bath instead of a quick shower!

**Remember that the symbolism of bowel cleansing is Elimination. Any past issues that you're holding on to will be eliminated with the stagnant black rubbery mucoid plaque and the flush of the toilet! The Alchemists knew that by repeating something on the physical level affects change on the Spiritual level. As above, so below. Repetition. Bowel cleansing affects all levels of your being...eliminate the 'stuff' you're holding on to out of fear of change...let it go...and make room for the new...on ALL levels!**

You can really do the cleanses in any order...start with a Liver Flush if you want and move into a bowel
cleanse/parasite cleanse then continue with Liver Flushes every 2 weeks. OR start with a bowel & parasite
cleanse...then do your liver flush....etc. It just depends on if you're itching to do the liver flush or not! If you don't have
acute gallbladder problems I say do the bowel & parasite cleanse first.
